Deposit and Refund Policy

At ALIEN CORPS, we value your time, investment, and vision. To ensure fairness and commitment on both sides, we’ve established the following Deposit and Refund Policy for all video production services.

All projects will be discussed in detail to ensure all parties involved understand the full scope of the production and associated price breakdown.

A detailed finalized contract & invoice will be provided and signed by all parties prior to starting the project.

Deposit Policy

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total project cost is required to secure your booking and begin pre-production. This deposit reserves your shoot date(s) and covers initial planning, coordination, and any pre-shoot work / editing.

No production work will begin until the deposit is received.

Payment can be made via cash, check, bank transfer or PayPal.
Final Payment

The remaining 50% of the balance is due upon delivery of the final product or at a milestone agreed upon in the contract.

For long-term or multi-phase projects, additional payment terms may be arranged in writing.
Refund & Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non-refundable, except in the rare event that ALIEN CORPS must cancel the project due to unforeseen circumstances. In that case, a full refund of the deposit will be issued.

If the client cancels the project:

More than 14 days before the scheduled shoot: Deposit retained, but no additional fees.

Less than 14 days before the scheduled shoot: Deposit retained and a cancellation fee of 25% of the remaining project balance may be charged.

If rescheduling is requested:

We will do our best to accommodate your new date, but availability is not guaranteed.

Rescheduling within 7 days of the shoot may incur a rescheduling fee.

Revisions and Delivery

Our services include 1X round of revisions after the first delivery. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

Turnaround time and delivery expectations will be discussed and agreed upon before project commencement.
